I guess this judge also doesn’t know that one can wear whatever one wants and still not necessarily want have sex with anyone. I’m assuming this judge also doesn’t know that “wanting to party”, if that is in fact what this woman wanted, is not the same as wanting some dudebro to force sex on her. “HE THOUGHT THE WOMAN HAD CONSENTED?” Does that sound to anyone else mysteriously like, Oops! *shrugs shoulders innocently*???
